An Epilogue: The Bronze Bow

In the days following Leah’s miraculous healing, Daniel went to Jesus and thanked him with all of his heart for healing Leah, and Jesus knew that it was sincere. Daniel continued to visit Jesus and learned many things from him, and Daniel would tell Leah all the things he learned so that she might know them as well. Daniel also learned not to hate the Romans. He began to understand that they weren't all bad people. He also went to Rosh and talked to him about his hatred towards the Romans. Although Rosh didn’t listen, Daniel felt like he had done the right thing. Soon after that, many of Roshs men were captured by the Romans, and Roshs whole band fell apart.

Joel continued to go to school while his sister, Thacia, stayed at home, becoming very close friends with Daniel and Leah. Meanwhile, Daniel's band of men all became followers of Jesus and spread the word about him. Later, Jesus was crucified by the Romans. Daniel and many others mourned over his death, including Daniel's friend, Simon. Even though Jesus had died, Daniel had learned so much from him that he was prepared for whatever God had in store for him.
